It's Ugly Christmas Sweater day!

The perfect day to fully get in the Christmas spirit and make an over the top sweater. I made one my own, using the Christas-green fabric of the Rainbow fabric set (PN-0164691). I also used a string of sequins by Prym and a Christmassy fabric by Riley Blake. But you can work with a fabric of your choice to decorate your sweater, as long as it’s in the winter atmosphere! I also used pattern set 2 (PN-0164693) for a sweater with a nice fit.

How to sew a belt to a skirt

Hi guys!

I really love my Lucy outfits, don’t you? The only tricky part is sewing the belt to the skirt. You might struggle with it, that’s why I made a tutorial on how to sew it to the skirt. It will be so much easier to dress your doll when it’s attached to the skirt, you’ll see!

Are you ready for Halloween?

I’ve been back from my Worldtrip for about a month now. I’ve been chilling a lot lately. But for Halloween, I got back behind my sewing table. I made a dress with the Monster Selection Fabric set. Home, sweet home!

Hi fellow travellers!

 Today I take my last plane… I’m going home after travelling the world for more than 1,5 year. I soaked in so many impressions and got inspiration from the most diverse countries and places. I’m going to let everything I’ve seen sink in for a while, and maybe this will result in a new collection… who knows? ;)

For now, I’m going to get prepared for fall and winter. I’ll be happy to spend the holidays with my family here, cause I’ve missed them a lot!

Ich bin ein Berliner

Hi guys!

 I’m back in Europe. This is the last stop before heading home. On Sunday I will be running the marathon of Berlin. After months of training I think I’ll be ready to crush those miles! The official marathon distance is 42,195 kilometers (26 miles 385 yards). The Berlin Marathon was established in 1974. After the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989, the Berlin Marathon grew into one of the largest running competitions in the world. A lot of world records are set there over the years. Eliud Kipchoge ran it in 2:01:39 last year! The course has been part of the World Marathon Majors since 2006, along with those of London, New York, Boston, Chicago, Tokyo, the World Cup marathon and the Olympic Marathon.

 I hope I will be able to complete this whole distance. Wish me luck!
